My tracking number hasn't updated for a whileUpdated a year ago

We understand that it can be concerning when there are delays in the tracking updates. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note that once we have handed over the parcel to the delivery company, we no longer have the option of making any changes to the routing or speed of delivery.

In some cases, carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control.
