How long does the delivery take?Updated a year ago

Standard delivery time is 1-2* business days (Italy mainland) or 2-4* business days (Italy Islands). Please note that delivery time is calculated from the time you receive the tracking number and not from the time you place your order.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the courier is responsible for delivery. In the event of public holidays, weather or other circumstances, delivery may take longer. We ask for your understanding.

IMPORTANT: We would like to point out that the delivery of your parcel, once it leaves our warehouse, depends solely on the carrier. Once we have handed over the parcel to the delivery company, we no longer have the option of making changes to the routing or speed of delivery.
