How can I cancel my order?Updated a year ago

To start the process, we ask you to fill out the cancellation form. HERE is the link.

As soon as we have received the form, we will take care of the cancellation immediately. If you have any further questions or need assistance, we will be happy to help you.

IMPORTANT: If you have received notification that your package has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order. In this case we ask you to please reject the delivery. Your package will then be returned to us and we will be able to make a refund.

If you have requested the cancellation not during our working hours, we may not be able to cancel your order.  We apologise in advance and thank you for your understanding.
